I have always had an interest, curiosity, and belief in the power of good nutrition; however, it wasn't until I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes that I started to look deeper into nutrition. I found a complicated mountain of conflicting information and wanted to get to the basics. Fast forward to today, I combine current and evidence-based nutritional science, diet therapy, and behaviour change techniques, as well as a compassionate approach, to truly understand what you need.
