Advanced testing offers deeper insight into your health, enabling a truly personalised approach. Genetic Testing identifies how your DNA affects metabolism, hormones, and detoxification. Gut Microbiome Analysis reveals bacterial balance, guiding targeted support for digestion, immunity, and mood.

Whilst I prioritise optimal health through correct nutrition, there may be instances where I recommend a particular supplement. Please know that these recommendations are based on thorough research and are not mandatory.

I do not endorse any particular brand; however, all supplement recommendations are from practitioner-grade suppliers providing the highest quality available. 

After the consultation, you will receive a personalised plan. I recognise that nutrition is not a one size fits all approach and that we are all biochemically unique.

So, you can expect a tailored and up-to-date programme designed to meet your individual needs. In addition to evidence-based advice and targets, I often provide shopping lists, essential pantry items, simple recipe ideas, meal plans and links to helpful resources.

The first consultation will last 45 minutes, allowing ample time for me to gather a detailed case history and explore your current health and any problematic symptoms. 

I will consider your lifestyle, dietary habits, medication, family history, fitness levels and previous health experiences. We will also discuss essential aspects such as digestion, energy levels and sleep patterns.

We will meet for a free 15 minute introductory call to discuss your needs, goals and aims with therapy.

After selecting your package you will be asked to complete a comprehensive health questionnaire and provide a three-day food diary.

I facilitate a non-judgmental, safe space to empower you towards healthier habits that will transform your physical, mental and emotional health.

How consultations work

Following your initial in-depth consultation where we will discuss your case history, I will develop a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan for you. After two weeks, we will have a follow-up session to review your progress. We will then have a final session at the end of your six-week programme, where I will provide you with a maintenance plan to help you sustain your results.
