Through my 1:1 consultations, I offer personalised diet and lifestyle interventions that will help you take control of your life with conscious nutrition backed by science. I facilitate a non-judgmental, safe space to empower you towards healthier habits that will transform your physical, mental and emotional health.
 

Before our initial meeting, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive health questionnaire and provide a three-day food diary. 

The first consultation will last approximately one hour, allowing ample time for me to gather a detailed case history and explore your current health and any problematic symptoms. 

I will consider your lifestyle, dietary habits, medication, family history, fitness levels and previous health experiences. We will also discuss essential aspects such as digestion, energy levels and sleep patterns.
 

How consultations work

After the consultation, you will receive a personalised plan. I recognise that nutrition is not a one size fits all approach and that we are all biochemically unique. So, you can expect a tailored and up-to-date programme designed to meet your individual needs. In addition to evidence-based advice and targets, I often provide shopping lists, essential pantry items, simple recipe ideas, meal plans and links to helpful resources. 

Furthermore, I always follow up with a complimentary phone call, email or video call to ensure clarity and address any questions or concerns you may have moving forward.

Follow-up consultations are scheduled to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments. In this 30-minute consultation, our main focus will be reviewing your progress, discussing your current symptoms and exploring any adjustments you wish to make to your goals. Following the session, you will receive an email with an updated plan aligning with our discussion. These individual sessions can be added to any of the packages mentioned below.

Whilst I prioritise optimal health through correct nutrition, there may be instances where I recommend a particular supplement. Please know that these recommendations are based on thorough research and are not mandatory. I do not endorse any particular brand; however, all supplement recommendations are from practitioner-grade suppliers providing the highest quality available. 

Testing

For a comprehensive understanding of your health, I might suggest you consider further testing. This can help identify nutritional deficiencies ultimately supporting your overall well-being. I can assist in requesting a referral from your GP or, additionally, there are a wide array of private testing options to explore.

This programme is ideal for those seeking accountability to make positive adjustments successfully. Superior support enables you to stay on track and ensures that your new dietary and lifestyle habits become a permanent part of your life. After an initial in-depth consultation discussing your case history, I will develop a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan for you to follow. Over the course of 12 weeks, we will have weekly follow-up sessions, and in the final session, I will provide you with a maintenance plan for long-term success.

basic Six-Week Programme

Following your initial in-depth consultation where we will discuss your case history, I will develop a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan for you. After two weeks, we will have a follow-up session to review your progress. We will then have a  final session at the end of your six-week programme, where I will provide you with a maintenance plan to help you sustain your results.

I require payment upon booking and accept card payments or bank transfers. Please assist me and others by giving 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes. Failure to attend without notice will result in the full payment being due.
