Evidence-based nutrition for healthier, more energised and resilient teams
Nutrition and lifestyle can have a powerful influence on how we feel, function and perform, both at work and beyond.
I deliver engaging, evidence-based nutrition and wellbeing talks, workshops and programmes for businesses and organisations, translating current nutrition science into practical strategies that people can realistically incorporate into everyday life.
From supporting energy, concentration and metabolic health to improving sleep, managing stress and protecting long-term health, each session is designed to leave people better informed, motivated and equipped with practical steps they can start using straight away.
Nutrition that works in real life
Busy working lives can make looking after our health increasingly difficult.
Long hours, irregular meals, poor sleep, stress, sedentary working, frequent travel and reliance on caffeine or convenience foods can all influence how we feel during the working day, as well as our health over the longer term.
Good nutrition doesn't need to mean restrictive diets, calorie counting or unrealistic routines.
Evidence-based. Practical. Engaging. Relevant.
My corporate sessions help people understand the science behind their health and translate it into practical, achievable changes that work alongside the realities of modern life.
Whether you are planning a one-off wellbeing event, a company-wide initiative or an ongoing programme, sessions can be tailored to your organisation, audience and wellbeing priorities.

Why Invest in Nutrition and Workplace Wellbeing?
How people eat, sleep, move and recover can influence how they feel throughout the day and contribute to their longer-term health.
Providing employees with credible health education gives them an opportunity to better understand their own health and make informed choices.
It is about giving them the knowledge to understand why it matters, separating nutrition science from misinformation, and providing practical strategies they can choose to incorporate into their own lives.
Every organisation is different, so corporate sessions can be tailored around your audience, wellbeing objectives, available time and preferred format.
Whether you are planning a one-off nutrition talk, Lunch & Learn, interactive workshop, company wellbeing event or longer-term programme, I would be happy to discuss what would work best for your organisation.
